Västerås Gin

We have been working with this product for some time after a lot of pressure from just about everyone (since we started the distillery) because we live in the clean cucumber town and of course we had to meet your wishes and have now created a really cool and tasty gin which we have flavored with distilled fresh organic cucumber.

Västerås Gin has a clear gin character of juniper berries, coriander seeds, roses and lemon at the top, closely followed by a sweet, fresh and crunchy cucumber note that has formed a magical gin!

Västerås Gin, like our other products in the fixed portfolio, is organic and contains fresh cucumber that we have vacuum-distilled in its most careful form. Cucumber is one of the most difficult things to work with in alcohol production as cucumber consists of water and chlorophyll, but we have cracked the code, you could say
